Ok. We try to punish drug dealers and the people who knowingly support them, but rehabilitate drug users. Here, the BF is the supplier, and Jan is the user, and OP is supporting the supplier.
I'm not saying I agree with it, because personal life should generally be separated from work life, however given the context that it's a school, and a religious one at that, and OPs BF is making adult content...
I disagree with the policy, but it honestly makes sense, to me at least.
