I’m confused about this - are they saying if someone says you’re together they’re going to fire you? I’m pretty sure that’s illegal.
Yes they do. Contracts do give them the right to do whatever they want, employment contracts are contracts, there isn’t anything they can do to her for what her boyfriend does for a living. Legally they’re trying to punish one person for another persons actions, and that’s highly illegal. They get away with it due to intimidation, the gaslight people into thinking they have rights they don’t have. This is a prime example of an unenforceable law
