But Casey is soooo mean! Doesn't she know that Alana has fatal terminal ADHD and cannot and should not ever be held accountable?!

As much as you joke about that, ADHD lowers your expected lifespan - though some studies show that treatment in the form of therapy/medication/etc can help raise it back up.

Which means Alana really does need to be held accountable, because not being held accountable could shorten her lifespan.
